Let's Talk Animals

Corners Pet offers animal talks for both nursing homes and schools. Talks are $75 an hour. An enthusiastic hostess will bring trained and well socialized animals to your facility.

Animals include:

• Puppies
• The store mascot “Mama” the cat
• Rabbits
• Guinea Pigs
• Birds

For schools the talk is centered around education. Children will learn about each of the animals needs as well their specific characteristics. Kids will also be able to handle the animals and ask questions.

With nursing homes the talk is focused on the therapeutic benefits of animals. Residents are able to handle the animals and interact with the animals. This can be extremely beneficial and help the residents to relax and open up.
